IT Support Engineer

Euronet Worldwide, Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Support Engineer to join our team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and network-related issues. You will also assist in managing IT infrastructure, implementing cybersecurity programs, and ensuring compliance with IT regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Assist in managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, telecom, and cloud storage
• Implement cybersecurity programs to protect company data and systems
• Ensure compliance with IT regulations, such as CCPA and GDPR
• Manage network connectivity and troubleshoot TCP/IP and SDWAN issues
• Install and maintain infrastructure hardware
• Collaborate with internal teams to address IT-related concerns and requirements

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in implementing cybersecurity programs
• Knowledge of managing servers, networks, telecom, and cloud storage
• Experience with SQL administration
• Familiarity with IT compliance requirements, such as CCPA and GDPR
• Strong understanding of network connectivity and protocols (TCP/IP, SDWAN)
• Ability to install and maintain infrastructure hardware
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
