As a Healthcare Referrals Coordinator, you are the frontline representative of our organization, tasked with generating sales leads and referrals for our behavioral healthcare services. Through effective communication and relationship-building skills, you will engage with potential clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to promote our mental health services and drive business growth. • Utilize sales strategies to identify and qualify potential leads and referrals within the healthcare industry.

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to healthcare facilities, physicians' offices, and other relevant contacts to introduce our services and establish partnerships.

• Maintain a database of leads and track interactions using CRM software to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.

• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing campaigns or materials and promotional activities to generate interest and engagement.

• Provide information and education about our services, features, and benefits to prospective clients and referral sources.

• Assist with Business Development administrative tasks or projects as needed.

• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to facilitate the referral process and drive business opportunities.

• Assist in coordinating meetings with potential clients to showcase our offerings and value proposition.

• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

• Performing additional tasks, duties, and assignments as specified by your supervisor.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software preferred.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation to achieve and exceed targets and goals.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving sales processes and strategies.

• Availability to work in the office Monday through Friday during typical business hours.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

This job operates in an office environment. The noise level is usually moderate. Employees interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders via phone and email. This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods and perform computer-based tasks.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Must be able to sit and use a computer for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and carry promotional materials or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
