Are you an experienced leader with a passion for the powersports industry? RideNow Powersports is seeking a dynamic Floor Manager to join our team.
RideNow Powersports is a leading powersports dealership, providing customers with a wide selection of motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and more. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and leading a team of sales professionals.
If you have a proven track record of success in the powersports industry and a natural ability to motivate and inspire a sales team, we want to hear from you!
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a powersports dealership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of powersports products and industry trends
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Experience in managing a team and meeting sales goals
- Customer-focused mindset and dedication to delivering exceptional service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
