Responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking
• Serve meals and beverages to passengers
• Respond to passenger inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Manage in-flight procedures and policies efficiently
• Address any emergencies or incidents while maintaining professionalism

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting luggage
