Job Responsibilities:

1. Repair & Service:
• Repair, recondition, and service Caterpillar and allied machines, systems, and components in the field.
2. Troubleshooting & Diagnosis:
• Identify and resolve malfunctions and failures in machine and engine systems and their components.
3. Technical Expertise:
• Perform failure analysis and ensure adherence to warranty claims processes.
4. Documentation:
• Manage work orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
5. Safety:
• Uphold and promote a strong safety culture in all aspects of the role.

Requirements

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Caterpillar dealership experience.
• Strong expertise in troubleshooting and repairing Caterpillar machinery, attachments, and systems, including hydraulics, electrical, powertrain, engines, and Tier IV emissions systems.
• Proficiency in using Caterpillar standard troubleshooting tools and failure analysis procedures.
• Familiarity with warranty claims processes and work order management.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.

• Salary: $60,000 – $80,000/year (DOE)
