CDL Class A Driver - Full-Time (NV )

Cardiac Imaging, Inc. (www.mobilecardiacpet.com) has brought together advanced nuclear medicine technology with convenient care through our turnkey mobile clinics. Our service allows physicians to treat their patients for cardiac disease with the most cutting edge tools in nuclear medicine, without leaving the comfort of their practice. We exclusively perform mobile cardiac PET imaging exams, the recognized gold standard across the United States in detecting early coronary artery disease before it is evident on other imaging tests.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Class A CDL Driver to join our team. The selected candidate will drive our cardiac PET mobile to various medical facilities from our hub in Henderson, NV. Travel is throughout Nevada and Arizona with some some overnights based on scheduled routes.

Summary/Objective:

Responsible for ensuring the mobile unit is transported safely and on-time to and from client sites. Responsible for working in compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations. Interacts daily with employees, vendors, and patients. Maintains professionalism at all times.

Essential Functions:

•Perform pre- and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT regulations

•Use Electronic Log Device at all times while with the mobile unit in compliance with DOT regulations; required to complete paper log if ELD out of service

•Plan route, accounting for weather, traffic, road conditions, etc. to ensure safe arrival 2.5 hours in advance of first patient

•Drive mobile unit in safe manner to ensure secure transport of equipment

•Keep the mobile interior and exterior cleaned/washed as needed

•Complete monthly Preventive Maintenance for mobile unit as directed including submission to Corporate office; report any noted issues to Driver Supervisor, FleetService, Construction Supervisor and clinical supervisors

•Complete maintenance and/or repairs of tractor and/or trailer as directed

•Complete or oversee monthly Preventive Maintenance of AC and Generator

•Complete quarterly Preventive Maintenance of mobile unit

•Perform parking inspections for new sites as assigned

•Provide updates for bird’s eye view binders

•Assist in maintaining supply inventory for hub and mobile units, ensure supplies are properly stocked and organized

•Assist with maintaining clean and organized hubs and mobile units; includes all areas of each (tractor, trailer, bay, office, restrooms, etc.)

•Assist with other duties (generator or package deliveries, etc.) as directed

•All other duties as assigned

Requirements

•Commercial Driver’s License, Class A

•Minimum three (3) years related experience

•Prior experience driving over-the-road preferred

•High school diploma or GED

•Detail oriented and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills

•Computer literate in Microsoft Outlook and Electronic Log Device

•Ability to work well with others in a professional manner

Travel:

Extensive road travel via tractor-trailer. May be required to travel same day as notice received. Overnights required.
