Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled AUTO MECHANIC to join our dynamic team at CSN Collision. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automotive repair and maintenance, along with a passion for delivering excellence in service. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on a variety of vehicles, ensuring they operate at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in automotive systems.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance services on vehicles, including oil changes, brake repairs, and tire rotations.
  • Examine and test vehicles to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot problems and verify the accuracy of repairs.
  • Maintain records of repairs and services performed, including parts used and hours worked.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Adhere to safety standards and guidelines in the workshop environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an auto mechanic (3+ years preferred).
  • Knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance practices.
  • Valid automotive repair certification (e.g., Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification).
  • Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
