Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of legal matters under the supervision of senior attorneys

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Communicate with opposing counsel and negotiate settlements

• Attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal professionals

• Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations in your practice areas

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation. Recent graduates that have passed the July or February Nevada State Bar are encouraged to apply. Trial experience is considered a plus and will be given additional consideration during the interview process.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Associate Attorney at you must have:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Admitted to practice law in the state

• Experience as an Associate Attorney (preferred)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Detail-oriented and well-organized

• Proactive and self-motivated

• Proficient in legal research and writing
