Full Job Description

The Workforce Affiliate Manager reports to the Senior Director of Workforce Solutions and is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient allocation of an affiliate vendor panel to meet Managed Service Provider (MSP) client needs. This role focuses on identifying, onboarding and engaging with affiliate vendors in an efficient manner while maintaining compliance with healthcare industry standards. The Affiliate Manager will collaborate with internal program team and vendors, and be proficient in all Triage Plus platform operations and functionality to optimize and enhance service delivery.  

Requirements

Core Functions & Responsibilities 

  • Client Relationships & Client Support 
  • Demonstrating proficiency with Triage Plus technologies, engaging in technology demonstrations to client and vendors, with a thorough understanding of end user application and process workflows 
  • Supports the continued adoption of Triage Plus technologies through ownership of the support help desk.  
  • System Management & Agency Integration 
  • Serves as main point of contact for all administrative level changes in the technology, actioning changes in a timely fashion to ensure business continuity 
  • Supports implementation by building client and vendor accounts 
  • Deploys strict permission based best practice to ensure security and protection of all client and vendor data 
  • Supports Agency Relationships by Leading the outreach and vetting of all potential agency partners 
  • Overseeing the onboarding of agency partners 
  • Providing initial training and as needed training for agency partners 
  • Technology & Innovation 
  • Leads initiatives related to further development of the Triage Plus technology, serving as the POC for external vendors.  
  • Serves as the subject matter expert on Triage Plus technology, providing routine updates, conducting internal training, and ensuring the system functions properly for business operations. 
  • Supports initiatives to explore technology and business opportunities to expand the footprint of the Triage brand 

 

Required Skills, Abilities, and Education 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in workforce management, optimization, or staffing, preferably within healthcare or MSP environments. 
  • Strong understanding of healthcare staffing and MSP models, including compliance, credentialing, and licensure requirements. 
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and make informed decisions. 
  • Proficiency in workforce management software, VMS platforms, and related tools. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. 
  • Experience in healthcare staffing, especially in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) model is preferred. 
  • Knowledge of workforce management and optimization best practice is preferred. 
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations and industry standards is preferred. 

 

Work Schedule 

  • In-office with flexibility to work from home with manager approval.
