We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Vice President of Energy Transition based in Omaha, Nebraska. As the VP of Energy Transition, you will play a critical role in leading our organization's efforts to transition to sustainable and renewable energy sources. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to reduce our carbon footprint, increase energy efficiency, and drive the adoption of clean energy technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the company's energy transition efforts and drive the adoption of sustainable and renewable energy sources.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce carbon emissions and increase energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and implement innovative clean energy technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements in the energy sector.
- Educate and train employees on energy conservation and sustainability practices.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to energy transition goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Energy Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading energy transition initiatives, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Deep understanding of renewable energy technologies and clean energy solutions.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire and drive change within the organization.
- Knowledge of energy regulations, policies, and industry standards.
