RentVision is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Advertising Team. In this role, you will work on behalf of our clients to build, maintain, optimize, and report on the success of digital ad campaigns in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Ads, but also on alternative platforms as necessary.

Our Digital Advertising Team is responsible for delivering exceptional digital advertising services to our clients who are owners and operators of apartment communities. We utilize a variety of digital marketing strategies to attract new residents for our clients, ensuring that when a client has vacant units, they can fill those vacancies quickly. As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the center of our client’s digital marketing strategy, building new campaigns, conducting keyword research, and optimizing existing campaigns. 

In addition to this, a Senior team member will be expected to play a key role in shaping our overall advertising strategies, particularly in Google and Meta, but also in new advertising platforms as opportunities arise. Beyond campaign management, you'll contribute to the growth of our team by developing reporting frameworks, mentoring and coaching newer team members, and troubleshooting complex account challenges to create tailored strategies that drive performance.

This is a full-time, exempt, and salaried position that will work in our Lincoln, NE office.

Requirements

You're an excellent fit for this position if you...

Know digital advertising, top to bottom. 

Also known as pay-per-click (PPC) or Search Engine Marketing (SEM). We run search, display, and remarketing ad campaigns on a variety of platforms, but primarily Google and Meta. We manage over $1 million in monthly ad spend for our clients. You’ll need to be proficient in the set up, management, and optimization of our digital ads. We are looking for a senior level candidate (6+ years experience) for this position.

Are comfortable with repetitive work.

We set up hundreds of new ad accounts thus far in 2024, and thousands of new campaigns. If you’re familiar with digital advertising, you know that a lot of the work is repetitive, detail oriented, and task-specific. As we continue to push growth within the organization, you can expect to spend a decent amount of time setting up new ad accounts and campaigns in a repetitive, time constrained environment. 

Can contribute strategically and lead others.

In the Senior role, you’ll be expected to take a more proactive approach in shaping and developing our advertising strategies, particularly in Google and Meta, but also in exploring new platforms. Beyond managing campaigns, you’ll be looked to for guidance in creating reporting frameworks, mentoring newer team members, and tackling challenging account issues. Your ability to diagnose problems and create tailored solutions will be crucial in driving performance and growth within the team.

Are data oriented. 

We like to say that data is the ultimate decision maker. If you love to dive into marketing data and pull out actionable insights, you’ll be a great fit for this role. A thorough understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta advertising platform are necessary to be successful here.
