Scala Developer - Akka Framework On Site

Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Scala Developer with expertise in the Akka framework to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work on building scalable, concurrent, and distributed systems for high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Scala and the Akka framework.
• Implement and manage distributed systems and concurrent processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and reliability in high-traffic systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best practices.
• Debug, test, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute to architectural decisions for building scalable systems.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Scala programming language.
• Strong knowledge of the Akka framework, including actors and message-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with building distributed systems and handling concurrent processes.
• Proficiency in writing scalable, efficient, and production-ready code.
• Familiarity with development tools and best practices for functional programming.
• Experience working in an on-site team environment.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with frameworks like Play or Spark.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
