Triage, an award-winning and top-ranked medical staffing agency experiencing unprecedented growth, is seeking a Manager of Nurse Recruiting. Headquartered in Omaha, NE, with an additional office in Loveland, OH, Triage is at the forefront of the healthcare industry, connecting thousands of traveling healthcare providers with facilities across all 50 states.
Responsible for overseeing and managing a team of nurse recruiters within Triage. Their primary focus is on driving revenue growth and maximizing sales performance for nurse recruitment. The role ensures alignment between nursing sales objectives and organizational goals by developing recruiters to optimize sales performance.
Requirements
- Lead and manage team of 15-25 nurse recruiters.
- Responsible for coaching and developing nurse recruiters.
- Manage performance metrics to monitor the success of nurse recruiters. Track performance to provide clear and accurate performance expectations to team members.
- Conduct effective performance reviews.
- Monitor daily and monthly success metrics, including margin and TOA. Proactively address performance deficiencies to ensure expectations are met.
- Identify continued sales training opportunities and collaborate with other Recruiting Managers and Training teams to development ad hoc training content.
- Resolve escalated questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance to established processes.
- Assist on projects to help improve company processes.
Qualifications
- Passion to develop healthcare recruiters to meet peak performance standards.
- Prior leadership and management experience with sales roles.
- Dynamic, charismatic, outgoing personality that engages team members.
- Proven ability to manage performance by setting expectations and holding employees accountable.
- Familiar with a variety of recruiting and sales concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Prior industry experience.
- Proven ability to consistently perform a variety of tasks at a high level.
- Proven ability to effectively manage and communicate.
- Ability to lead, coach and direct the work of others.
- Proven ability to manage tactical operational plans.
Education and Experience
- A Bachelor degree preferred
- 1+ years of management experience preferred.
- Prior nurse recruitment management experience leading large teams preferred.
- Previous experience in medical staffing environment, specifically recruiting of traveling, healthcare professionals.
Leadership, Organization & Communication
- Requires ongoing coordination, communication and/or team problem solving between departments or functional areas for work production or service quality.
