We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Associate who is ready to create positive impact. In this role, you will…

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and the company website.
  • Manage daily social media activities, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing social media trends to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for different digital channels, such as blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and social media activity, using analytics tools to gather insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Support the marketing team in SEO strategies and keyword optimization to enhance online visibility.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new marketing initiatives and content.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the company’s digital marketing calendar and ensure all marketing activities are executed on time.
  • Engage with customers and respond to inquiries on social media platforms to foster a positive community and customer service experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in digital marketing or social media management, including internships or relevant university projects.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and best practices.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
