Integrations Specialist - Part Time

Are you passionate about technology and solving complex problems? Do you thrive in a detail-oriented environment where clear communication is key? Join our Operations team as an Integrations Specialist, where you'll be at the forefront of setting up and maintaining integrations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Management Software Integrations: Collaborate with third-party vendors to configure integrations between our clients' systems and our products, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.
• Lead and Lease Tracking: Work with clients and CRM vendors to create a phone and email tracking setup that works for all parties.
• RentVision's Revenue Management Product: Map client data to RentVision data, understanding how configuration impacts the accuracy of our Revenue algorithms.
• Website Templating: Occasionally build templated apartment websites using our web-based software platform, leveraging your technical expertise to troubleshoot and find solutions as needed.

Client Communication:

• Effectively communicate with clients via email, phone calls, and Zoom meetings, providing timely responses to inquiries and leaving a positive impression of RentVision.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively within a small team setting, balancing individual focus on tasks with the ability to switch between projects efficiently.

Requirements

• Technical Aptitude: Passion for all things technical, with the ability to become an integration expert and clearly communicate technical requirements to clients.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and adherence to documented procedures.
• Client Communication Skills: Strong communication skills across various channels, with a focus on providing excellent customer service to new clients.
• Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
