Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers during flights.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking procedures.
- Ensure passenger safety by conducting safety demonstrations and checking emergency equipment.
- Serve food and beverages to passengers while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Manage in-flight sales and assist with any inquiries passengers may have.
- Communicate effectively with the flight crew and passengers.
- Handle any emergencies or difficult situations with professionalism and poise.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Fluent in at least one native language; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to travel frequently and spend extended periods away from home.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to handle challenging situations.
