Enrollment Specialist, Payments

As an Enrollment Specialist at Corcentric, you will join a collaborative team within an ambitious, entrepreneurial global organization. You will be responsible for enrolling our customer’s suppliers into our payments program.

This key position is a work-from-home opportunity. We are currently hiring out of the following locations:

• Des Moines, Iowa
• Omaha, Nebraska

In order to be considered, you should be within a commutable distance to one of these key hiring markets, as there may be in-person training and team-building events from time to time.

Successful candidates have excellent customer service skills, an engaging phone presence, and are comfortable spending a significant amount of time on the phone with suppliers and vendors. The Enrollment team is a dedicated, down-to-earth group in a growing organization offering plenty of opportunity. We look forward to adding you into the mix!

As an Enrollment Specialist, you will:

• Spend a significant portion of time on the phone, proactively calling suppliers and businesses to support profile activation within the Corcentric payment network
• Apply excellent communication skills and product knowledge to encourage companies to convert to electronic payments by joining Corcentric payment network
• Respond to supplier objections and provide information on the benefits of joining the payment program
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and communication skills
• Take ownership and accountability of individual key performance indicators
• Continuously learn and improve performance based on feedback from call shadowing, coaching, Quality Assurance and Quality of Service reports.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• General office experience, preferably in a technical environment
• Customer service/support experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong listening and analytical skills
• Ability to explain product features in a business-to-business tele-sales setting
• Intermediate level of knowledge with internet technology
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment
• Comfortable with MS Office skills
