Triage, an award-winning and top-ranked medical staffing agency experiencing unprecedented growth, is seeking a Director of Nurse Recruiting. Headquartered in Omaha, NE, with an additional office in Loveland, OH, Triage is at the forefront of the healthcare industry, connecting thousands of traveling healthcare providers with facilities across all 50 states.
Responsible for overseeing and managing the nurse recruitment function within Triage. Their primary focus is on driving revenue growth, maximizing sales performance, and ensuring sustainable profitability for nurse recruitment. The role ensures alignment between nursing sales objectives and organizational goals by developing recruiting managers and recruiters to optimize sales performance.
Requirements
- Lead and manage team of nurse recruitment managers and nurse recruiters.
- Responsible for coaching and developing recruitment managers and recruiters.
- Develop, update, and implement performance metrics to monitor the success of nurse recruiting teams. Report on goals, track progress and performance to provide clear and accurate data.
- Coach nurse recruiting managers on how to measure performance to conduct performance reviews effectively.
- Monitor daily and monthly manager and recruiter success metrics, including margin and TOA. Proactively address performance deficiencies to ensure expectations are met by managers and recruiters.
- Identify continued sales training opportunities and collaborate with Training team to development ad hoc training content.
- Manage recruiter incentive payments including bonuses and other incentives.
- Resolve escalated nurse recruiting manager questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Evaluate performance reports received from clients; and develop and implement improvement processes, as needed.
- Collaborate with all functional areas of the business to ensure compliance, process improvement and timely communication.
- Assist the Leadership Team and VP of Recruiting on projects to help improve company processes.
Qualifications
- Prior leadership and management experience with sales roles.
- Dynamic, charismatic, outgoing personality that engages managers/recruiters.
- Proven ability to performance manage by setting expectations and holding employees accountable.
- Familiar with a variety of recruiting and sales concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Prior industry experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
- Proven ability to consistently perform a variety of tasks at a high level.
- Proven ability to effectively manage and communicate interdepartmentally.
- Ability to lead, coach and direct the work of others.
- Proven ability to manage both strategic and tactical operational plans
Education and Experience
- A Bachelors degree preferred
- 5+ years of management experience preferred.
- Prior nurse recruitment management experience leading large workforces preferred.
- Previous experience in medical staffing environment, specifically recruiting of traveling, healthcare professionals.
Leadership, Organization & Communication
- Requires ongoing coordination, communication and/or team problem solving between departments or functional areas for work production or service quality.
