Commercial Roofing Service Repair Foreman

Apple Roofing is currently seeking a highly skilled and professional Commercial Roofing Service Repair Foreman to join our team. As a Repair Foreman, you will be responsible for assisting in the completion in various commercial roofing projects with the highest level of quality and efficiency.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with production team, sales team and customers to complete commercial roofing repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines on job sites.
• Inspect and assess damaged roofing systems to determine the required repairs.
• Perform repairs on various types of commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal roofs.
• Oversee the proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management team.
• Ensure adherence to Apple Roofing's quality standards and customer satisfaction goals.
• Handle any unforeseen challenges or issues that may arise during the repair process.

Requirements

• Must have experience in commercial roofing repair.
• Knowledge of various commercial roofing systems and repair techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
