SEWARD COUNTY NEBRASKA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Client Relations Manager. As the Client Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, managing inquiries and complaints, and working closely with various departments within the organization to deliver exceptional service.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of client needs. This role requires both a customer-focused mindset and the ability to think strategically to drive client retention and growth.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues
  • Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and execution of services
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on new products, features, or industry insights that may benefit their businesses
  • Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and patterns, and provide recommendations to enhance client success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in client relations or account management roles
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and trends in client relations and customer service
