Full Job Description

Triage, an award-winning and top-ranked medical staffing agency experiencing unprecedented growth, is seeking an Intern. Headquartered in Omaha, NE, with an additional office in Loveland, OH, Triage is at the forefront of the healthcare industry, connecting thousands of traveling healthcare providers with facilities across all 50 states.

We are looking for an Intern to join the Triage Billing Team who will work as a Billing Specialist. The Billing Specialist will be focused on analyzing timecards and ensuring timecard submissions directly to facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze timecards for billing purposes.
  • Prepare and send timecards to facilities on a weekly basis.
  • Support the Direct Bill Team with various billing-related tasks.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate billing records and reports.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience in an office or accounting-related setting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with billing procedures or accounting software is beneficial.

Anticipated End Date: 

  • End of summer, coinciding with the candidate's return to school.
