Responsibilities
- Build and cultivate relationships with clients, understanding their needs and financial abilities to propose suitable property solutions
- Conduct thorough market analysis to determine accurate property values
- Effectively market listings through various channels, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Assist sellers with strategies to promote their properties and attract favorable offers
- Stay informed about current market trends and best practices in the real estate industry
Requirements

- Outstanding people skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation and conflict resolution
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be at least 18 years old
