Fullmind is looking for an Operations Specialist who is passionate about virtual education!
This job is fully remote. We are flexible on location as a fully-remote organization.
This role operates primarily during PST hours.
Salary: $55,000-$60,000

Job Summary:

Join our team as an Operations Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless staffing and support of educator positions. As part of your responsibilities, you will manage the end-to-end staffing process, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to fill positions efficiently. Additionally, you'll maintain high levels of satisfaction among districts and educators by addressing concerns, maintaining accurate records, and providing ongoing support.

As an Operations Specialist, your dedication to excellence and proactive approach will drive success in our mission to support educators and enhance educational outcomes.

The Operations Specialist will report to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee Staffing Educator Positions: Manage end-to-end staffing of educator positions, including coordinating with sales teams, Partner Success Managers, and external partners, screening and selecting candidates, and finalizing hiring through Salesforce.
  • Maintain Satisfaction of District and Educators: By reviewing weekly surveys for follow-up, addressing instructional concerns with the Academics team, collaborating with Partner Success Managers on district issues, and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Support Sales Team: Meet weekly to review positions and plan opportunities, assist with renewal conversations, attend virtual meetings with district partners and schools, and travel 1-2 times a year for in-person meetings.
  • Support Educators through Licensure Process: by providing daily assistance, giving weekly progress updates to the team and district partners, and confirming completion by updating profiles and sending licensure copies.
  • Time Management: Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, ensuring efficient workflow and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Excellent Attention to Detail: Demonstrate keen attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and precision in documentation, communication, and project execution.
  • Actively Listen: Attentively listen to client and team member feedback to understand needs, address concerns, and improve service delivery.
  • Self-Starter: Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation in navigating ambiguous and fast-paced environments, exhibiting resilience, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Requirements

K-12 Experience: 2+ years in a K-12 education or related setting working directly with students.

Preferred Qualifications
- Educator Hiring:
2+ years experience with conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and facilitating final offer negotiations.
- Customer Service: 3+ years of customer service experience via phone, web conference, and email.
- Salesforce: Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is preferred.
