Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Oversee nursing operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance nursing practice.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for nursing staff.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (Master's preferred).
- Current RN license.
- Proven experience in nursing leadership or administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Must be willing to travel to other facilities locally.
