Aspire Medical Staffing is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Medical Technologist to join our dynamic team at the Fort Harrison Montana VA Medical Center. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing accurate laboratory results that are crucial for patient diagnosis, treatment, and care.
Your responsibilities will include performing complex laboratory tests, analyzing samples, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and quality assurance protocols. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and promote a high standard of care.

Hours:
- Monday to Sunday days, evenings and night hours.
- Day shifts: 0600 to 1430, 0700 to 1530 and 0800 to 1630
- Evening shifts: 1200 to 2030, 1400 to 2130 and 1400 to 2230
- Night shifts: 2000 to 0630 and 2200 to 0630
Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Education: Medical Technologist must have a Bachelor of Science degree in medical laboratory science or a related science and at least one year of clinical laboratory experience.
- Certification: Certification: All Medical Technologist staff shall be Certified by the American Society of Clinical pathology (ASCP), Board of certification or Board of Registry https://www.ascp.org/ or American Medical Technologist https:americanmedtech.org or American Association of Bioanalytic https://www.aab.org/
- BLS Certification
- Experience: at least one year of clinical laboratory experience.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and techniques
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of laboratory quality
