TRANSCOM IGC - Exercise Planner

The Exercise Planner will represent the IGC program on Joint Exercises at TRANSCOM. The planner will have extensive operational experience, supporting joint and service level transportation, deployment and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be a retired Senior Military Officer that has deployed in support of global operations. The candidate has to be able to extract and utilize IGC data to inform, provide status, and predict movement of supplies, materials, people and other assets.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience and a bachelors degree
• Joint deployment experience
• Exceptional communication skills, ability to brief to senior military and executive leadership
• Strong analytic and problem solving skills
• Experience with all phases and steps of the Joint Operation Planning Process
• Experience designing exercise scenarios
• Ability to extract data out of the IGC solution to insert into an exercise scenario
• Ability to document lessons learned to improve system data, and user experience using the IGC solution
• Assess exercise outcomes and participants effectiveness executing decision making for operational movement
• Secret clearance
