The Role:

Brado’s Strategic Planning Director translates audience insight into highly targeted, personalized digital experiences. They also execute research and develop and polish project deliverables with oversight from a more senior Strategic Planner. This role requires defining problems and extracting insight that promotes ongoing cross-functional strategic alignment.

What you can expect in a Strategic Planning Director role at Brado:

· Shape and participate in primary research, developing a point-of-view on the audience through a variety of data sources – qual and quant, behavioral data, and secondary research.  

· Work with more senior Strategic Planner to develop strategic foundation assets, including brand positioning and communication architecture, to guide broader teams to develop creative, content, and media strategy. 

· Contribute to development of Brado’s Conversational AI platform and precision targeted marketing campaigns.

· Work alongside the Data & Analytics team to assess the performance of the Platform and precision marketing campaigns and consult with the broader team on optimization opportunities.  

· Write succinctly, to the audience, with clarity, conviction, and tension as well as polish and professionalism.

Requirements

What you”ll bring to the role and to the team:

 5-8 years of experience in a marketing strategy position within an agency, including experiences with primary market research.

· Successful storyteller who sets up and leads the narrative for clients, from new business to current clients

· Ability to leverage insight (secondary, primary qual, cultural trends, etc.), and lead client collaborations and ideation sessions

· Can translate strategic foundations into actionable strategies and digital experiences

· Can clearly and persuasively communicate strategic recommendations to internal and external audiences

· Willingness to travel and be flexible in scheduling to accommodate project needs
