Speech and Language Pathologist

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience in diagnosing and treating speech and language disorders
• Knowledge of evaluation and treatment techniques for communication and swallowing disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads and patient needs
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems
