Full Job Description

  • Work on designated styles starting from initial pass-off through production using Creative Suite, PLM and Excel programs.
  • Partner with Design and Merchandising on all new development styles.
  • Maintain Technical Packages for all styles for components and costing updates
  • Prepare garments, headers and submits for all stages of approvals: evaluate it against previously made comments in PLM and give comment/approvals in timely manner to all suppliers. Keep organized records of approvals and create materials library in order
  • Manage costing communications and records from development to bulk PO.
  • Monitor, track and manage critical product development and production calendar timelines.
  • Communicate with domestic and overseas factories. Timely respond to all inquiries and requests via e-mail or through verbal communication
  • Drive towards efficient ways of working and help solve fabric/finish/quality issues in collaboration with Design, Development, and Production
  • Have a positive, solution-oriented attitude

Requirements

  • A motivated, self-starter mentality eager to work within a fast-paced, open-office environment, and collaborate with multiple departments of the company
  • Detail oriented and adaptable
  • Meticulous organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage overlapping seasons and calendar timelines
  • Creative mindset with a great understanding of fashion market and trends
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PLM)
  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role
