We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities
- Write pin description for 8 blog posts a week
- Create 5 pins for 8 blog posts per week
- Proofread, schedule, pin descriptions weekly
- Manage Instagram
- Find quotes
- Engage daily
- Manage comments and DMs
- Identify trends for stories, reels, and posts
- Create an editorial calendar monthly with trending topics, outlining post titles, SEO keywords, headers, etc.
- Manage website
- Manage YouTube videos
- Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
- Platforms:
- WordPress
- Canva
- Google Suite
- YouTube
Requirements
- Proficiency in Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube shorts, and WordPress
- Experience in social media / digital marketing (a must)
- Creative
- Good grammar
- Deadline oriented
- Intuitively organized
- Detail oriented
- 15-20 hours per week
- Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific Time Zone
