Shipping Coordinator - TEMP ROLE

It is the overall responsibility of the Shipping Coordinator to assist the Facility team in assigned tasks ensuring a successful project by meeting the client’s expectations. This position will end mid-late December 2024.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Working with Excel 

·         Packing, mailing, labeling test products to be shipped. 

·         Inventorying test product 

·         Assisting in quality control testing of screeners and questionnaires 

·         Maintain necessary tracking reports. 

·         Communicating with respondents

·         Complete administrative task as assigned

·         Working within a team 

·         Suggest improvements to in increase efficiencies. 

·         Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

CORE COMPETENCIES:

·         Ability to multi-task 

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

·         Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

·         Good interpersonal skills

·         Ability to lift 45 pounds.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

·         High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

·         1-2 years customer service, administration experience preferred. 

Computer Skills:

·         Microsoft Office/Computer Literate
