Essential Job Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Check in with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns or requests.
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the server station, including restocking supplies, wiping down tables and chairs, and sweeping the floor.

Requirements

• Currently have food handler certification or be willing to obtain certification within 30 days of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience as a server, busser, or other waitstaff desired.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
