The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for championing the development and execution of Rapsodo brand strategies while building brand awareness and managing in-house creative team, contractors and agencies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in brand management.

Roles & Responsibilities

Brand Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Diamond Sports and Golf Business leaders, product development, marketplace manager, sales, and customer success, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Brand Champion:

  • Act as the Rapsodo brand ambassador, promoting brand values and vision both internally and externally.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and channels.
  • Educate and inspire internal teams about the importance of brand integrity and adherence to brand guidelines.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on brand performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve brand strategies.

Agency Management:

  • Brief and manage external marketing agencies on brand strategy, PR, creative development, and campaign execution.
  • Provide clear direction and feedback to agency teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Monitor agency performance against agreed-upon KPIs and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within [industry].
  • Proven experience in managing external agencies and driving successful brand campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
