Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant, you will impact the lives of our patients by –

• Developing, implementing, and documenting accounting systems, policies, and processes.
• Assisting with the treasury function by overseeing weekly bank activity and reporting.
• Performing due diligence and integration activities for acquired companies.
• Assisting with the preparation of forecast models and the annual financial planning process.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end close to include journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, account analyses, and accruals.
• Analyzing trends and researching variances.

Requirements

To become a Senior Accountant, you will need –

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, CPA preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in accounting, preferably in the health care industry.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel; experience with Microsoft Power Platform flows highly desirable.
• Strong cross-departmental collaboration and communication skills.
• Self-motivated to accomplish goals with a strong sense of accountability for results.
• Ability to quickly learn and adopt new software applications.
• Lifelong learner with a strong desire for continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor junior accountants.
