As a Sales Associate at Rapsodo Inc, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the experiences of our valued customers by selling newer versions of our baseball products. Leveraging your expertise in customer engagement and sales, you will be reaching out to current and past customers via phone calls and emails, guiding them through their buyer journey and showcasing the benefits of our latest innovations in baseball technology.

Key Responsibilities:
· Sales Target Achievement: Execute and close opportunities to meet or exceed, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities through various channels and strategies
· Customer Engagement: Initiate proactive communication with current and past Rapsodo baseball product users, engaging them in discussions about upgrading to our latest offerings.
· Qualification: Engage with leads to understand their specific needs, challenges, and objectives, qualifying them as potential sales opportunities based on established criteria.
· Lead Generation: Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and internal research, to identify and engage current and prospective Rapsodo customers
· Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences related to baseball training and analytics.
· Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of Rapsodo's baseball products and our cutting-edge features to effectively articulate the advantages of partnering with Rapsodo.
· Database Management: Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM database with relevant information obtained during calls and emails.
· Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and customer support teams to streamline the upgrade process and deliver a great experience to customers at every stage.
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Demonstrated experience in sales, customer service, or account management roles, preferably within the sports or technology industry.
· Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
· Strong sales acumen, with ability to listen and ask effective questions.
· Passion for baseball and a solid understanding of the training and analytics needs of players, coaches, and teams.
· Detail-oriented approach with proficient organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
· Familiarity with CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and database management practices.
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sports management, or a related field (preferred).
