As a Sales Intern at Rapsodo, you will play a vital role in driving the expansion of our sports technology solutions. You will be the first point of contact with potential customers, representing the Rapsodo brand and delivering an exceptional buyer experience..

As a Sales Intern you will...
- Customer Engagement: Initiate proactive communication with current and past Rapsodo baseball product users, engaging them in discussions about upgrading to our latest offerings
- Qualification: Engage with leads to understand their specific needs, challenges, and objectives, qualifying them as potential sales opportunities based on established criteria
- Lead Generation: Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and internal research, to identify and engage current and prospective Rapsodo customers
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences related to baseball training and analytics
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of Rapsodo's baseball products and our cutting-edge features to effectively articulate the advantages of partnering with Rapsodo
- Database Management: Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM database with relevant information obtained during calls and emails
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and customer support teams to streamline the upgrade process and deliver a great experience to customers at every stage
Requirements
- A degree seeking student. Juniors & Seniors preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers.
- Results-driven mindset, with a strong determination to achieve and exceed goals.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adaptable to changing market conditions.
