Registered Nurse

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Senior Nurse, you will play a key role in providing advanced nursing care, supervising and supporting other nurses, and ensuring quality patient outcomes. Responsibilities

• Assess patients' conditions and develop comprehensive nursing care plans.
• Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and perform advanced nursing procedures.
• Supervise and mentor other nurses, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and lead by example in maintaining the highest standards of nursing care.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based nursing practices.
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records.

Requirements

• Valid RN license in the state of CA.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong clinical background.
• Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to other nurses.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with nursing best practices.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
