Core Catalysts, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager III to lead multiple high-profile bank projects. This role will manage projects focused on the delivery of a wide range of technology and non-technology solutions including but not limited to business initiatives, software development or other technology related projects. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of each project are delivered on time and exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational skills, a strong ability to manage resources, and a keen focus on achieving project objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions and establish clear project goals and objectives.
- Define project scope, develop detailed work plans, and create schedule timelines.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are tracked and controlled.
- Coordinate teams, resources, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management and clients.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- 5 -10 years' experience in the design, development and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
- 8+ progressive years of project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Experience in consulting or service industries is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
The work environment is typical of a standard office or retail banking setting. The position is sedentary, involving sitting most of the workday; however, the position will involve moving about the workspace to reach entrances/exits, restrooms, conference rooms, or other areas within the work environment. Reaching may be required involving the ability to move arms in any direction. Office equipment, such as a computer and telephone, will be used requiring the ability to manipulate a keyboard, mouse, and/or keypad. The ability to decipher a computer screen or written documents is necessary. The ability to express or exchange ideas; impart information to clients, coworkers, or the public; or to convey detailed or important instructions; is required. The ability to receive and understand detailed information shared through oral or written communication is required. If associate works in our hybrid work program, lifting of about 5 lbs. (laptop) is required twice daily.
