Project Manager - Electrical

Elite Sourcing LLC is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our client. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to establish project goals and requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Procure necessary materials, equipment, and subcontractors for project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget.
• Oversee quality control and safety procedures on the project site.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and progress.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Electrical or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
