Full Job Description
We are seeking an Product Intern to support the Director of Product in managing platform requirements while learning how to be a collaborative member of the product development & implementation teams.

Position Overview:
- Part-time position, availability within core working hours Monday - Friday (10am - 5pm CST)
- Reports to: Director of Product Implementations
- Work Location: Hybrid - St. Louis, MO
Requirements
- Located in St. Louis, MO
- Enrolled in a program for healthcare administration, software development, or related areas of study.
Preferred Tools and Technologies:
- Slack
- JIRA
- FigmaJam
- Confluence
- Google Suite
- Looker
Key Responsibilities:
- Support cross functional teams to plan, develop, and implement product enhancements.
- Develop a working understanding of the platform to support day to day operations.
- Ability to independently investigate bugs needing triage.
- Ability to document clear user steps to recreate an issue.
- Be creative and suggest workarounds to help reduce negative impacts of issues on end users.
- Communicate established product priorities.
- Capture notes during development team ceremonies.
- Clarify the development team’s questions about acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
- Draft documentation for upcoming platform changes.
- Configure the platform to support changing program requirements and new feature implementations.
- Collect performance metrics to measure team progress.
- Complete system audits as directed.
- Additional duties as assigned.
