We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues.
Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The role will require the candidate to be responsible for:
Resourcing and Workforce Alignment
- Drive resourcing strategy to align team capabilities with project needs, ensuring optimal team member placement for individual and client success.
- Collaborate with project managers, team leads, and stakeholders to address resource gaps and resolve conflicts proactively.
Parallax Implementation
- Lead the rollout and adoption of Parallax resourcing software, ensuring seamless integration into operations and maximizing its functionality.
- Train and support team members in using Parallax, establishing best practices and troubleshooting issues.
Collaboration Across Teams
- Partner with the Salesforce team to ensure project budgets, timelines, and success metrics are met.
- Work closely with the Talent team to define hiring requirements based on resourcing needs, skill gaps, and future workforce planning.
- Serve as a liaison between operational teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on priorities.
Reporting and Insights
- Generate and analyze resourcing and operational reports for senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Monitor KPIs related to project utilization, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
Operational Leadership
- Contribute to cross-functional operational initiatives and strategies to support business growth and team development.
- Identify and implement process improvements in resourcing and operational workflows.
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years in resource management, project management, or a related operations role, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Experience with resource management tools (e.g., Parallax, other workforce planning software) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships across teams and functions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
