Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced OPC Lead Supervisor to join our team at Branson Travel Group. As a coach and mentor to our OPC Agents, your primary responsibility will be to ensure agents effectively produce tours for themselves and the company. This role involves overseeing operations at OPC locations, ensuring ethical pitching and closing of tours, and maintaining gifting guidelines.
This role is salary plus commission and bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure agents have necessary supplies at each OPC location.
- Monitor agents' schedules and confirm agents are on location and punctual.
- Verify agents' gifting and approve overages as needed.
- Audit invitations for completeness and accuracy.
- Provide on-site coaching and training to agents on tour production techniques.
- Assist with gifting issues and collaborate on scheduling adjustments.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including site cleanliness and security.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in OPC, sales management, or other related marketing role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Commitment to ethical sales practices.
- Flexibility to work varying hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
