As our Media Analyst, you'll transform complex campaign data into actionable intelligence that drives multi-million dollar media decisions across traditional and digital channels. Your analytical expertise will directly influence our media strategy and help our law firm clients achieve exceptional growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive analysis of cross-channel media performance, turning complex data sets into clear, actionable insights
- Develop and maintain sophisticated reporting frameworks that track campaign ROI and identify optimization opportunities
- Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis to uncover market opportunities and emerging trends
- Partner with media buying and creative teams to optimize campaign performance through data-driven recommendations
- Create compelling presentations that tell the story behind the numbers for internal teams and clients
- Spearhead the evaluation of new media monitoring tools and analytics platforms
- Build predictive models to forecast campaign performance and guide strategic planning
- Design and implement A/B tests to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Requirements
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in media analysis or a related field, with hands-on experience in traditional media (agency, brand, or station side).
- Technical Skills:Proficiency with media monitoring tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision, or similar platforms). Strong command of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) to turn data into insights.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and translate data into actionable insights that improve media strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, with the ability to spot trends, discrepancies, and opportunities in large datasets.
- Problem-Solving & Creativity: Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems, improve strategies, and drive media optimization.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
