Rezilient Health is seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate to support our success with reaching prospective B2B customers and their employees. In this role, you will help amplify our message and our innovative healthcare solutions to employers and health plans, helping them enhance their employee and member benefits with a modern, seamless approach to care that’s both convenient and comprehensive.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Customer Success to design and execute marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels to activate and engage employees
- Synthesize information gathered in customer discovery meetings to create bespoke communications and marketing campaigns
- Manage campaign campaign reporting via metrics dashboards and qualitative customer feedback
- Monitor the success of marketing campaigns according to metrics and KPIs agreed to with customers, and suggest improvements
- Provide support for customer and member event planning and execution, including CloudClinic open days, customer benefit events, and customer social events
- Own the social media calendar, give feedback on engagement, and suggest new tactics and channels
- Support Customer Success on employee activation and engagement reporting
Required Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of marketing experience, ideally within a healthcare or health tech startup.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Hubspot.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
- Experience marketing to HR, benefits, or healthcare professionals.
- Proven strength in one creative area: either graphic design or writing.
- Some familiarity with healthcare, benefits structures, and employer-sponsored health plans.
- Passion for innovation in healthcare and improving employee well-being.
