Driving Impact Through
- Traveling with sales reps helping find, land, and grow new business within their territories
- Building, developing, and influencing a sales team
- Promoting a culture that embraces continuous improvement, personal accountability, teamwork, and client satisfaction
- Fostering innovation and scheduling time each week to talk about improvements to existing structure, processes, and routines, while also being open to new solutions
- Participating in trade shows, industry events, and training workshops to stay updated with industry developments.
- Meeting and/or exceeding forecasted market sales growth and profit goals
- Negotiating and coordinating with vendor partners
- Recruiting new talent

- Strong Sales and Leadership Skills: Proven ability to close sales, negotiate contracts, develop new business opportunities, and lead a team
- Communication and Influencing: Ability to effectively convey product value, build relationships, and influence team dynamics
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market data and sales statistics to inform strategic decisions
- Customer Relationship Management: Experienced in managing and expanding client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Technical Expertise: Understanding of engineering, fiber materials, and their related applications
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
