Full Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead market research initiatives to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and operations to define product requirements and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including product roadmap development, feature prioritization, and product positioning.
  • Develop marketing collateral such as sales materials, product presentations, and website content to support product launches and ongoing promotion.
  • Analyze marketing and product performance metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and product management.
  • Attend industry trade shows, committee meetings, etc. as necessary in order to maintain brand visibility in WinTech’s various markets.
  • Develop the corporate Product Master Plan and associated processes and documentation.
  • Develop process for and manage comprehensive product rollouts including website updates (news tab), social media presence, ad publication, etc. as needed.

Requirements

·        Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Product Management, Business Administration, or related field.

·        Proven experience in marketing and product management roles, with a track record of successfully launching and

managing products in a fast-paced environment.

·        Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, positioning, and customer segmentation.

·        Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight

deadlines.

·        Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and market research techniques.

·        Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and

collaborate with cross-functional teams.

·        Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

·        Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve shared goals.
