Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Logistics Manager to join their team. In this role, you will lead and oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and warehouse operations. You will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and transportation carriers to optimize logistics processes, ensure timely delivery of goods, and maximize efficiency. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in logistics management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. This position will also work with international trade, procurement teams, and project teams to be successful.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Prior experience in a managerial role, overseeing logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of transportation, inventory management, and warehouse operations
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
