Antioch Dodge is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our team. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online visitors. You will engage with potential customers through our website chat platform, addressing their inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and assisting them throughout their online shopping process.

Responsibilities

• Engage with online visitors through our website chat platform
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide information about our products, promotions, and services
• Assist customers in navigating our website and online shopping process
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating when necessary
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Track and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in typing and knowledge of chat platforms
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
