Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile insurance claims and invoices
- Verify accuracy of billing information and resolve any discrepancies or errors
- Collaborate with insurance carriers and clients to resolve billing inquiries and issues
- Prepare and submit insurance claims according to established procedures
- Maintain accurate records of billing activities and financial transactions
- Assist with accounts receivable and collections
- Stay updated on insurance industry regulations and billing guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- Prior experience in insurance billing or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and billing guidelines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
