Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile insurance claims and invoices
• Verify accuracy of billing information and resolve any discrepancies or errors
• Collaborate with insurance carriers and clients to resolve billing inquiries and issues
• Prepare and submit insurance claims according to established procedures
• Maintain accurate records of billing activities and financial transactions
• Assist with accounts receivable and collections
• Stay updated on insurance industry regulations and billing guidelines
• Provide exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• Prior experience in insurance billing or related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and billing guidelines
