As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Essential Job Duties

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival.
• Manage the waitlist during peak hours, providing estimated wait times.
• Seat guests promptly, ensuring fair and efficient table assignments.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide friendly and informative responses to menu-related inquiries.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills with the ability to count back change.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a host/hostess, busser, or server role desired.
